INGREDIENTS
MUTTON CHOPS 8 (or you can use 250 gms of mutton pieces)
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 ½ TSP
DRY RED CHILLI 2-3
GARLIC 3
COCONUT ½ CUP (SLICED)
OIL 2 TBL SP
GHEE 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
TURMERIC ½ TSP
METHOD
STEP 1: Heat 1 tbl sp oil in a pressure pan, add the washed
mutton chops, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste. Add required water. Close
the pressure pan and pressure cook for 10 mins (do not overcook it).
STEP 2: Fry the sliced coconut, dry red chili and garlic separately.
Set aside.
STEP 3: Grind fried coconut, dry red chili and garlic
together. Make a mixture of it.
STEP 4: Add the above mixture to cooked mutton chops. Now
add ghee over it. Mix them very well. Sauté it for 3-4 mins. Your mutton chili
fry is ready to serve.
