CHICKEN BREAD PIZZA

Making your own homemade healthy chicken bread pizza is very quick and easy. Simply cut the bread in any shape u want then add your favorite veggies and chicken, with very little cheese and semolina you’re ready with healthy and yummy chicken bread pizza.

INGREDIENTS

SEMOLINA (SOOJI)1/2 CUP
CHICKEN 2 PIECES (SHREDED)
BREAD SLICES 9
YOGHURT 4-5 TSPN
GRATED CHEESE 2 T SP
VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE FINELY CHOPPED ¾ CUP (I PICKED UP CAPSICUM, CARROTS AND TOMATOS)
RED CHILI POWDER ½ TSP
OIL 2 TBL SPN
SALT TO TASTE
CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISHING
TOMATO KETCHUP 1 TSP
 
METHOD
STEP 1: Soak the semolina in yoghurt and salt keep it aside for 1o mins.

STEP 2: Boil the chicken with a little salt and a pinch of ginger garlic paste. Season with pepper.  Don’t overcook or it might be dry. Let it cool slightly before shredding.

STEP 3: Now mix the veggies, chili powder and cheese to the soaked semolina (your batter is ready).

STEP 4: Spread the batter over the bread. Add the shredded chicken on the top .

STEP 5: Heat oil in a pan and fry (toast it )the bread until I turns golden in color

STEP 6: Garnish it with cheese, coriander leaves and tomato ketchup.
