KADAI PANEER
Kadai paneer is a dish of cubed paneer combined with a
spices, tomatoes and capsicums. Kadai Paneer is a very popular side dish that is usually served with chapathis or
rotis. Kadai Paneer is a simply, mild spicy & flavorful dish.

Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
Paneer cubes 150 gms
Capsicum ½ a cup (sliced)
Onion 1 small finely chopped
Tomato s 2 medium finely chopped
Oil 1 tbl spn
Butter 1 tsp
Garlic 2 pieces finely chopped
Ginger 1 and ½ inch long (grated)
Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ a tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Kasuri methi ½ tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
STEP 1: Heat oil and butter in a pan add
the ginger and garlic sauté for a min.
STEP 2: Add the chopped onions fry them
until it turns golden.
STEP 3: Add the chopped tomato, capsicums, salt,
chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and kasuri meethi. Mix all the ingredients.
Stir them well, add water is required. Cook them until the oil separates from
the masala.
STEP 4: Once the masala is fine cooked add
a cup of water, let it come to boil then add your paneer cubes. Cook until the paneer
is moist. Turn off the flame ,garnish it
with some lemon slices .Serve hot with rotis.
