CHICKEN
TOMATO CURRY
Many of non
vegetarian curries are time consuming and very complicated in preparations.
Some time we want tasty recipes which we can cook in a very short time, with
simple ingredients .Chicken tomato curry is the recipe with simple ingredients,
easy to make and definitely a very tasty dish. So let’s start with our recipe.
Preparation time 20 mins
INGREDIENTS
Chicken 500 gms
Onion 1 (finely sliced)
Tomato’s 2 small (diced)
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
Oil 3 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Yoghurt 3 tsp(full cream)
Coconut paste 3 tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chicken 500 gms

Yoghurt 3 tsp(full cream)
Coconut paste 3 tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
STEP 1: Heat
oil in sauce pan, add the sliced onions .Fry them until they turn golden.
STEP 2: Add the washed chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt and cinnamon powder. Stir it
for 1-2 mins.
STEP 3: Add tomato, yoghurt, chili powder, and coconut paste. Mix all of them well and
cover the lid. Add water as required .Cook until the chicken is tender and the
oil stands apart. (Do not make it watery or too dry). Your chicken curry is
ready to serve.
