BREAD PIZZA




Making your own homemade healthy bread pizza is very quick and easy. Simply cut the  bread in any shape u want then add your favorite veggies ,very little cheese and semolina, you are ready with healthy and yummy bread pizza.

INGREDIENTS
  
SEMOLINA (SOOJI)1/2 CUP
BREAD SLICES 9
YOGHURT 4-5 TSPN
GRATED CHEESE 2 T SP
VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE FINELY CHOPPED ¾ CUP (I PICKED UP CAPSICUM, CARROTS AND TOMATOS)
RED CHILI POWDER ½ TSP
OIL 2 TBL SPN
SALT TO TASTE
TOMATO KETCHUP 1 TSP


METHOD


STEP 1: Soak the semolina in yoghurt and salt. keep it aside for 10 mins.




STEP 2: Now mix the veggies, chili powder and cheese to the soaked semolina (your batter is ready)


STEP 3: Spread the batter over the bread.


STEP 4: Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread until it turns golden in color .


STEP 5: Garnish it with cheese and tomato ketchup.
