METHOD
STEP 1: Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves,
fry them for few seconds. Then add the sliced onions and ghee, fry them until they
turn golden.
STEP 2: Add chopped coriander, mint leaves, green chili, ginger garlic paste, fry them for a min. Add turmeric and mutton to it,
again sauté it very well (bhunna) for few mins .
STEP 3: Now add diced tomatoes, yoghurt, chili powder,
coriander powder and coconut paste. Stirring the mutton constantly with the
ingredients gives you the best results. Now cover the lid and leave for 5 mins
(let the mutton cook in its own juice).
STEP 4: Once the oil separates from the mutton, add 2 cup
of water and cook until the mutton is tender. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Hot and spicy mutton korma is ready.
