INGREDIENTS
Chicken 500
gms
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Chili powder 11/2 tsp
Coriander leaves ¾ cup
Garam masala1/2 tsp
Butter 1 tspn
HUNG YOGURT 2TBL SPN (hang curd in a muslin cloth and let the whey or the liquid drain completely)
Lime and salt as required
Permitted color ¼ tsp(red)
Chat masala
Onion rings for garnishing
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Chili powder 11/2 tsp
Coriander leaves ¾ cup
Garam masala1/2 tsp
Butter 1 tspn

METHOD
STEP 1: Wash the chicken and make fine and deep slits on
chicken. Apply lime and salt. Keep aside for 15 mins.
STEP 2: Grind
ginger garlic paste, curd, chili powder, coriander leaves and salt in mixer.
STEP 3: Marinate the chicken with the above mixture, add
color and garam masala .Keep aside for at least 2 hours.
STEP 4: Apply 1 tsp of butter on the marinated chicken and
roast it in the grill until done.(it take around 15 mins each side to cook).Sprinkle
chat masala and garnish it with onion rings.
